Services Not Offered

Unfortunately, there are a few services we cannot offer at this time:

    • Laundry. Laundry can take up to several hours to complete (washing, drying, and folding) for a single load and as such, we do not feel that it is an efficient use of time.
    • Light bulbs. We happily dust fan blades and lamps, but we can not clean or replace light bulbs due to the sensitivity of their physical nature.
    • Dishes. Should you have dishes that need washing, we will put them in the dishwasher and run a cycle. The rest of the dishes we will place in the sink to soak once the sink has been cleaned. Unless specifically requested, we do not stack or put up dishes because we can’t always know where you want them placed and would not want to cause you and inconvenience.
    • High windows and cabinets. For the safety of our cleaners, we’re unable to clean any windows or cabinets that require a ladder to reach.
    • In the event that our cleaners find any lewd, suggestive, or illegal items deemed illegal in nature, publicly displayed, the cleaning will cease and a refund will be issued.
    • Pet excrement. Due to sanitary and safety concerns, we unfortunately are unable to clean any pet excrement.
    • Carpet cleaning. At this time we are unable to offer steam cleaning for carpets.
      If any of these things are essential to your needs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Our Refund Policy
As always, if you’re unhappy with your service for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your scheduled cleaning and we’ll happily re-clean your home at no additional charge, no questions asked. Full refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis, within the 14 day period.And we know how valuable your time is. If we’re more than 30 minutes late, without calling, your cleaning is free.
